The profile registration also gives you the option to sign-up for our newsletter - this newsletter is news about our business, services and products, and is not used as 'spam'. If you cannot supply all of the required information, you will not be able to make purchases online. Should this be the case and you still wish to order, please either telephone us or use the 'Contact Us' form.

If you elect for our newsletter, you can at any time logon to your details through 'My Account' (but you must be logged on) and change this to opt-out of the newsletter. You can use 'My Account' to change any of your details.

When Placing An Order:
To place an order, you must have created a login profile (above) before you can 'Checkout' your order.

When you 'Checkout' your order, you will be offered options as to how you will pay. Should you choose to pay by a credit/debit card, you will have to supply further details. These details are then sent via a secure connection (SSL) to us via two separate methods - with neither method containing all of the information, and we piece together the information to complete your payment.

Your card details are not held in full by us, and the information that is held is in a secure encrypted format behind the SSL encryption and the database encryption, behind further secure connections to password-protected information. The multiple-layered security is for yours and our protection.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website.
